Beware of using too many labels to describe a post. I did that in Argentina and my list of Categories on the right side of the page got way too long, basically making it useless. Engrish does a great job describing the above post, but using Taiwan/Teaching as well is kind of redundant. Every post could be tagged Taiwan and Teaching really. Best to use Teaching when the post is directly related to the act of teaching, and Taiwan when you're talking about the country's way of life/politics, etc. Just a thought, trying to make sure your labels stay relevant, because mine didn't and it ruined my Categories list.
